The shell of the Blaze is constructed using LS2's exclusive Kinetic Polymer Alloy (KPA), a lightweight and ultra-strong material that offers a bit of flex to enhance the energy management system. This advanced material, which incorporates nanotechnology to blend aramid fibers with polymer, is on the cutting edge of energy management materials. It provides excellent impact dispersion, penetration resistance, and is incredibly lightweight. LS2 ensures a perfect fit by using 3 separate shell sizes to minimize weight and optimize comfort for each individual head size.

The EPS safety liner features true multi-density material for comprehensive 360-degree coverage, delivering superior energy management. The interior padding is crafted from a high-tech fabric that wicks away moisture, dries quickly, and enhances overall comfort. It is fully removable and washable, featuring LS2’s Emergency Release System for added safety. The comfort pads are pre-curved using LS2’s 3D laser technology to ensure all-day comfort without any hot spots.

The helmet is equipped with multiple intake and exhaust ports that are integrated into the EPS liner to provide excellent flow-through ventilation.
